Physician Authorizations
If you are currently seeing a physician for any medical condition, please consult with your doctor before receiving any treatment. It is my belief that massage is a perfect complement to medical care as long as there are no contraindications and we have your physician's authorization. Please fax the Physician's Authorization to 207-864-2899. Thank you.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates for Massage Therapy & Reflexology Services are non-refundable; however, they may be used for other services or retail within Trends.
Sales Tax
For retail shipments to Maine addresses, we are required by State law to collect 5.00% Sales Tax.
Shipping
I ship within 24 hours of your cleared funds reaching Trends. I also ship by priority mail with insurance charge and confirmation of delivery added to the shipping charge of the package. This is to protect you in the event of a lost package. This protects all parties against fraudulence.
Customer Service
At Trends, I am committed to offering my customers the highest quality retail products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to me within 30 days of the invoice/order ship date.
Returns may be either for account credit, product exchange or replacement. All returned items must include a return authorization number and be in good condition. Trends is not responsible for incorrectly packaged items that are returned to me and I cannot provide a credit to your account if all accessories and parts are not returned. Instructions for exchanges and replacements will be provided with the return authorization number.
Restocking charges will be applied to incomplete returns for credit. re turned tear bottles must include ALL accessories. Please make sure that all caps, gift bags, story cards, and parts of items being returned for credit are included in the return.
CAUTION: All of the keepsake jewelry is inspected for working threaded screws before they are shipped to our customers, and our products are fully warranted under our Returns Policy. HOWEVER, if you, the customer, place your keepsake (ashes, hair, flowers, etc.) into the jewelry before testing the screw opening to be sure it’s working, we cannot refund or replace jewelry that has a keepsake inside.
All glass display showcases must be returned in the original packaging for return credit, replacement or exchange.
Products damaged through negligence or due to poor return packaging will void the warranty and will be returned without replacement at the customer's expense.
Returned products must be received within 7 days from the issuance of the RA (Return Authorization) Number.
All claims for shortage, damage or shipment errors must be made within 7 days after receipt of shipment. Our liability shall be limited to the invoice value of the materials or its replacement.
The Passion of the Christ ™ Tear bottles may only be returned for "like" exchanges due to defects. Refunds or "other" exchanges are NOT possible due to a Royalty arrangement with ICON Distribution.
No returns, exchanges or replacements on special custom orders.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
